Upgrading a subscription

Subscription upgrade is possible only if all outstanding invoices are paid.
  1. Log in to your billing dashboard and click “Subscription”
  2. Click “Manage plan”  “Upgrade“ and confirm your choice
  3. Go to the “Invoices“ tab and click “Pay now“ if applicable
  4. To see the change, you may need to restart your app

The upgrade price is calculated based on the number of days left in your billing cycle, unused account credit and the new subscription price. Subscription upgrade is immediate.

If the default Solo, Team, and Scale subscription plans are too small, we offer subscription customization that fully depends on your requirements. Contact our support team to request a Custom plan.

Downgrading a subscription

Follow these steps to downgrade your plan.

  1. Log in to your billing dashboard and click “Subscription”
  2. Click “Manage plan”  ”Downgrade” and confirm your choice
  3. Go to the “Invoices“ tab and click “Pay now“ if applicable

Subscription downgrade is delayed. Your current subscription stays active until your next due date, then the plan is changed automatically and billing is adjusted accordingly. Before your next due date, make sure to delete the extra profiles and team members from the app, if necessary.

Adding and removing team member seats

Adding or removing extra team member seats is available for Team, Scale, and Custom plans.
  1. Log in to your billing dashboard and click “Subscription”
  2. Click “Manage add-ons“ and confirm your choice
  3. If applicable, pay the newly created invoice in the “Invoices“ section
  4. To see the change, you may need to restart your app

Adding a team member seat is immediate: the system creates a new invoice, and you can see the change right after the payment.

Removing a team member seat is delayed: on your next due date, the system deletes the slot from your account and your billing is adjusted accordingly. Before your due date, make sure to delete the extra team members from the app if necessary.

Cancelling a subscription

These steps will help you cancel your plan.

  1. Log in to your billing dashboard
  2. Click “Subscription”  “Manage plan”
  3. Scroll down and click “Cancel subscription”
  4. Fill out the questionnaire and click “Confirm cancellation“

You’re all set! The subscription will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle automatically, and you will not be charged.

Per our Terms of Service, we keep your data for 3 months after subscription termination – after that, the data may be deleted permanently.

Renewing a subscription

Active subscriptions are renewed automatically for PayPal and credit card users, while cryptocurrency users need to pay invoices manually. To renew a cancelled subscription, complete these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your billing dashboard and click “Subscription”
    1. Click “Renew subscription” to reactivate your old plan
    2. Click “Choose plan” to select the new plan
  2. Check your payment method under "Billing details" and pay a new invoice in "Invoices" section manually if required
  3. Once the payment is successful, restart the app to continue working
