Agent connection failure

While our agent is a properly signed and certified app that runs in the background, some antivirus solutions may still block it. Not to worry – the agent is perfectly safe!

Try to disable your antivirus while downloading, installing and connecting an agent. If the issue is still there, add the agent to the whitelist of your antivirus app. Check out their online help articles or contact our support, and we will figure it out together.
