Sub-accounts
Available in versions 4.5.3 or lower. If you use Multilogin 5.x version, see TeamWork 2.0.
Available only for Team, Scale and Custom plans.
What is a sub-account?
A sub-account can receive shared browser profiles from users with either Team, Scale or Custom subscription.
A sub-account cannot create its own browser profiles, only receive and work with shared ones.
How can I create a sub-account?
The Team plan includes 2 sub-accounts and the Scale plan includes 8 sub-accounts. To activate these sub-accounts, complete the following:
- Download the software or log out of your existing Multilogin account
- Register new accounts with "Default" subscription
- Send email addresses of your main account and accounts that you want to turn into sub-accounts to [email protected]
Can I have more sub-accounts?
Yes. In case your team needs more sub-accounts, then you can purchase them through the main account’s billing area. The monthly price per sub-account is 20 EUR. To purchase a sub-account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your billing dashboard
- Click "Order new services" under Shortcuts in the lower left corner
- Choose the "Sub-account" option
- Provide a registered email address of the sub-account
- Complete the transaction. After the successful payment, your sub-account will be activated
